Track Your Order

To track your order, use the link in your shipping confirmation email. Free shipping comes with limited tracking since we use EasyPost for small letter-sized envelopes (usually yellow or manila). These won’t show updates in the Shop app or your order page—just follow the link in your email.

Refund Policy

📦 No Returns or Exchanges
We don’t take returns, but we’ll replace anything defective if you email us within 7 days of getting it.

🕒 90-Day Limit
You have 90 days from when you ordered to report any issues. After that, we can’t look it up.

🚫 Canceling an Order
Changed your mind? You can cancel within 24 hours only if we haven’t packed it yet.

Can I get a refund on shipping?

  • Only if you used Priority Mail Express (request refund through USPS).

  • All other shipping methods are not refundable if delayed.

Why is my tracking number showing as "invalid"?

If your tracking number says “invalid,” it’s because we use EasyPost for free shipping.

  • EasyPost tracking won’t work on USPS.com

  • USPS workers won’t recognize the number

  • Tracking may be less detailed

  • It might say “delivered” when it reaches your local post office, not your door

Why hasn't my package status updated?

Pre-Transit:

  • Normal for 1–2 days

  • It means the package is waiting for its first scan

Origin Processing:

  • This is when it’s traveling from us to your local post office

  • Can stay in this status for 5–7 days — totally normal!

My package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived

What to know:

  • USPS sometimes shows a package as delivered before actual delivery.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for arrival after a delivery scan.
  • Small envelopes often don't receive a final scan at delivery.
  • "Delivered" status may mean your package is at your local post office.

If your package hasn't arrived after 3 business days:

  1. Verify your shipping address is accurate on your order. We cannot refund if you shipped to the wrong location!
  2. Check with neighbors for possible misdelivery.
  3. Contact your local post office.
  4. If still missing, email us hello@frogmustardstickers.com

Does "Origin Processing Cancellation of Postage" mean my package is canceled?

Nope! It just means the post office marked the postage as used when they first scanned it in. Your package is still on the way!

How does the post office work? Why does Amazon get stuff to me faster than you guys?

We make your sticker. We pack it with care. We give it a little kiss (optional but spiritually important). Then we hand it off to the Post Office—aka the big folks in blue who actually deliver the mail.

From that point on, it’s out of our hands. Literally. We can’t scan it, speed it up, reroute it, or yell at it to go faster. It’s in their system now, riding trucks, chilling in sorting centers, and maybe stopping for a mysterious nap in Ohio.

💡 Here’s the kicker:
We are not Amazon.
Amazon has their own fleet of trucks, planes, robots, and driver armies in branded vests. And you pay for that—every year—with Prime. We don’t have that. We’re just a small business using the same public mail system as everyone else.

We pay the Post Office to deliver your stuff. Just like you do. And just like you, we cross our fingers and hope it behaves.

If it’s late or being weird, it’s not because we don’t care—it’s because we’re at the mercy of the mail gods. And those gods sometimes take coffee breaks.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect

Please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via hello@frogmustardstickers.com with the details. We’ll respond shortly and will likely replace the item if the request aligns with our refund policy.

Where is my order confirmation?

An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at hello@frogmustardstickers.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. 

My magnet won't stick to my car.

Our magnets are ultra-strong and flexible—perfect for flat, magnetic surfaces like trunks, hatches, and side panels (but not plastic or aluminum bumpers!).

Standard magnets are made with 20 mil magnetic backing. We also offer a thicker 30 mil upgrade, which may hold its shape better in colder climates. Just note: thicker magnets are slightly more noticeable and may look more like a magnet than a sticker.

Troubleshooting:

  • If it sticks to your fridge but not your car: Try other spots like the trunk, hatch, or doors; some cars have non-magnetic panels. 
  • If it doesn’t stick anywhere: Your vehicle may be aluminum. Please check compatibility before buying; we don’t offer refunds for this issue.
  • Is your magnet bent out of shape? If so, it may affect adherence. Sometimes magnets get bent out of shape in the cold. Heat up the magnet with a heat gun or hair dryer to make pliable again before applying.

Common Issues:

  • Clean, flat surfaces work best.
  • Avoid placing magnets over plastic bumpers, badges, or decals.

I didn't get my package.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  • Please wait up to 3 business days, as USPS sometimes marks items as delivered early.
  • USPS delivery delays are beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience.

Missing Packages

If your package hasn't arrived after the expected timeframe:

  • Domestic orders: 2 weeks
  • International orders: 4 weeks

Contact us hello@frogmustardstickers.com for replacement assistance once these waiting periods have been met and you still do not have your package.

Note: We have no additonal information on packages once we hand them off to USPS and are not responsible for any delays which may occur.

Time Limit for Claims

  • You have 90 days from the shipping date to report missing packages to our customer service team
    • After 90 days, USPS recycles tracking numbers
      • Once tracking numbers are recycled, we cannot investigate package locations and thus cannot refund or replace.

Can I exchange my product for a different one?

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Our items are low-cost and shipping back-and-forth quickly exceeds the costs of the products themselves. We will only send replacements if we believe it is warranted. Please make sure to review your order carefully before finalizing it. Application Instructions

  1. Prep: Clean the surface with water and a cloth, then let it fully air dry or wipe dry with a microfiber towel. Avoid alcohol or detergents, as leftover moisture can dissolve adhesive.
  2. Place: Peel off the backing, align, and apply the decal slowly and carefully.
  3. Perfect: Smooth out bubbles by pressing from the center to the edges. Any bubbles should disappear in the sun within a week.

For Magnets: Use only on a clean, dry, magnetic surface. Check compatibility with your car’s surface before purchasing, and always remove magnets before car washes or in extreme weather.

Note: Avoid placing stickers on textured plastic, molding, or trim, as these may have coatings that affect adhesion. Ensure any wax or residue is removed from surfaces before applying stickers. Chrome, windows, or smooth surfaces work best!

For removal, follow these tips below:

Simply peel it off! Use your fingers or a plastic card to peel up the edges of the decal. Don’t use anything sharp that could damage the paint. Once you can grab onto it, it should separate from the vehicle pretty easily. Use a side-to-side motion as you pull. If you are struggling with peeling, try heating up the decal. Briefly run a heat gun or hair dryer over the surface of the sticker. Once it warms up, the adhesive becomes much easier to remove.

 

Outdoor Durability

All Frog Mustard products are waterproof, UV-resistant, and designed to withstand outdoor conditions for a minimum of 3-5 years.

For the best longevity, remember to remove magnets during car washes or extreme heat, cold, or wind conditions. 

Paint Safety

We use 100% vinyl materials that are considered the highest quality on the market and should be easy to remove damage-free when ready. Unless the paint quality on your vehicle is incredibly low, or the sticker is removed incorrectly, our decals are highly unlikely to remove or affect your vehicle's paint on the car anyway. 

What if my magnet bends or curls?

Vinyl tightens in the cold as it cures and may pull the magnet material corners up and away from the surface. If your magnet bends or curls, there is an easy, one-time fix available!

Simply warm the magnet with a hair dryer or heat gun until it is pliable again. Allow it to cool flat and reapply. Since this is a curing issue, it only needs to be done once.

Please avoid placing the magnet on your car while it's bent, as it may not stick properly. If you seeing bending or curling, remove immediately to avoid losing it.
