How Our Custom Order Process Works:

1️⃣ Place Your Order First – Custom orders must be purchased before we begin designing. Use our bulk builder for large orders or our individual order form for a single sticker or magnet. Links below.

2️⃣ Receive Your Initial Mock-Up – We’ll email an initial mock-up of your design within 1-2 business days. Keep an eye on your email in case we have any questions!

3️⃣ Approve or Request Changes – If you have any edits, just reply, and we’ll work with you to perfect the design before shipment.

4️⃣ Automatic Shipping if No Response – If we don’t hear back within 48 hours of sending the mock-up, we’ll ship the design as-is to maintain our turnaround time.

5️⃣ No Design Info? Order Canceled – If we don’t receive any design details from you and can’t create a mock-up, your order will be canceled and refunded.
